Legal warranty

For physical goods, in case of lack of conformity you are entitled to have conformity restored (repair or replacement) and, alternatively, to a price reduction or contract termination, under Art. 128 ff. of the Consumer Code.

For digital content and services, the specific protections set out by applicable law apply (Legislative Decree 173/2021).
