Right of withdrawal

The 14-day term starts from receipt of the goods. To withdraw, send an explicit statement to the seller's contacts, optionally using the model form below.

The refund is made within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, to the same IBAN used for payment; we may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received.

Withdrawal does not apply to sealed software/audiovisual products opened after delivery (Art. 59 i), nor to digital content supplied without a physical medium where performance has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right (Art. 59 o). These conditions are disclosed before purchase.
