Privacy Policy

The data controller is the seller whose identifying details (company name, VAT, address, certified email, email) are shown at the bottom of this page and in the Legal notice.

Newsletter: we process your email address (and technical data such as timestamp and IP for consent proof) to send you pre-sale updates. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Orders: we process identification and contact data to manage the order and bank-transfer payment. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b). Invoicing data is processed to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c).

Data may be processed on our behalf by providers acting as processors: the hosting provider, the database provider and the email service (Resend). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with each.

Some providers may process data outside the EU. In that case the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We prefer EU-region configurations.

Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn or you unsubscribe, plus a short period for proof. Order/contract data: as long as necessary and within limitation periods; tax documents are kept for 10 years as required by law.

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by contacting the controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
