Terms & conditions of sale

The seller is the entity whose full details (company name, VAT, address, REA, certified email) are shown at the bottom of this page and in the Legal notice.

The products offered are video games for the indicated platforms. Prices are in Euro and include VAT. Any shipping costs are shown before the order is placed.

Payment is by bank transfer only. After ordering you will receive the IBAN, beneficiary, amount and reference (matching the order number) to use. The order is confirmed once payment is actually credited. If payment is not received within the stated term, the order may be cancelled.

For your safety, payment details do not change: beware of messages asking for transfers to IBANs other than the official ones.

The contract is concluded with the order confirmation sent by email. For pre-ordered products, delivery follows the timing shown at purchase; any delays by the manufacturer will be communicated.

The right of withdrawal and the legal warranty described on the dedicated pages apply. For complaints you may contact the seller; the European ODR platform is also available (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
